BOOKING

All first time color clients are required to pay at $50 deposit at time of booking, your card information is taken over the phone and manually charged with your consent, you will receive a receipt for your records by email or text message. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from your total at check-out on the day of your service. All appointments booked online, require a credit card to hold and secure your appointment. In the event you unlink your credit card number from our booking system, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and we will require a deposit to rebook. Due to COVID-19 protocols and capacity requirements, no guests or children are allowed with you during your appointment, failure to follow protocols, your appointment will have to be rescheduled for a later date. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used as a credit for a future appointment or used towards any product sold at our locations.


CANCELLATIONS

We require a 48hour notice of cancellation, If cancelled within the 48 hour period your credit card WILL BE CHARGED 50% of your scheduled service price, or we will require a deposit to rebook your appointment. This is a non-negotiable fee and WILL NOT be refunded. Please plan for your appointment accordingly. We require confirmation to secure your appointment, The salon will call 1 week prior to your scheduled appointment date, as well as send a generated confirmation through text 2 days prior. You can confirm by clicking link in text message sent to you. Un-confirmed appointments will be cancelled. If your contact information changes within that time, please call the salon to update your client profile. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used as a credit for a future appointment or used towards any product sold at our locations.


NO-SHOWS

NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% of the scheduled service price. If card on file is declined, you will be required to pay a deposit to re-book and reschedule your missed appointment. This is a non-negotiable fee and WILL NOT be refunded, nor can this amount be used towards your next service or as a deposit for your next appointment. The salon verbally confirms your appointment 1 week from your scheduled service date as well as sends a generated text, with confirmation details 2 days prior to your appointment. Please plan accordingly and cancel within 48hours if needed. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used as a credit for a future appointment or used towards any product sold at our locations.


GRACE PERIOD

There is a 15 minute grace period given for all appointments scheduled at The Mod Labb and a 5 minute grace period given for all appointments scheduled at The Body Labb. Failing to arrive within the grace period could result in your card being charged 50% of your scheduled service price. These policies are NON-NEGOTIABLE and have been in set in place for your protection and time as well as the protection of our staff. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be used as a credit for a future appointment or used towards any product sold at our locations.
